Search the public business directory

Find businesses, check certification information, and request a referral.

Find a business

  1. Open Certified Businesses from the public navigation.
  2. Enter a business name, service, or keyword, then use the available category and business-type filters to narrow the results.
  3. Open a profile and check its services, contact information, service area, and certification display.
  4. If no result appears, clear filters and try a broader term. A hidden, unpublished, expired, or suspended record may not appear.

Request assistance

Use the referral-request action on the relevant business when you need TERO assistance. Review the selected business and enter accurate request details. Submitting a request starts a staff workflow; it does not award work or guarantee a response.

Directory totals describe business records, not a guarantee that every listed business is currently certified or available. Check each profile and the displayed dates.
