Maintain a workforce profile and check-in
Review registry status, availability, check-ins, and client submissions.
- Where
- Staff portal > Workforce
- Access
- Editing: Administrator, Director, Workforce Staff. Read access is restricted by role.
Review the registry
- Open Workforce. Use Registry to search clients and filter registry status or availability.
- Open a client and verify the identity before editing. Review contact and assignment, eligibility, education, employment history, credentials, and notes as permitted.
- Use Work queues to find check-ins due, overdue records, and client submissions. Review the actual dates before following up.
Record a check-in
- Open the client and choose Record check-in.
- Enter the check-in date, contact method, current availability, and summary. Verify the calculated next check-in date.
- Update relevant interests or skills when information has changed.
- Choose Record check-in and verify the new entry in Check-in history.
Profile and status changes
Add workforce client creates a record; Edit complete profile updates an existing one. Review the optional portal-account creation choice before saving. A workforce record and a login account are separate.
Status and resolution controls require a reason and may deliver a client-facing notice. A manual position adjustment requires a reason. Follow the office's policy; a position or eligibility label is not a job offer.
Rules and settings affect check-in intervals and registry ordering. Do not change these for an individual client issue.
