Run, export, and save a report
Choose dates, inspect results, and distinguish a saved setup from a dated result copy.
- Where
- Staff portal > Reports
- Access
- The report catalog and available data are filtered by role. Custom-report saving may be restricted.
Run a standard report
- Open Reports and choose Standard Reports. Set From and Through, or use This month, This quarter, This year, or All dates.
- Find a report by name or program. Choose Open report for Office Summary or an available standard/detailed report.
- Review the date range, generated time, sections, and displayed rows. Use pagination where offered.
- Choose Excel or PDF to download the displayed report. Keep exports within the intended audience.
Create a reusable setup
- If available, choose Custom Report. Enter a Report name, Subject, Date basis, and dates.
- Choose columns, filters, grouping, and sorting. Exact-value filters must match a value in the report.
- Use Preview results to inspect the output, then Save report setup. Choose Private to me or Authorized staff as appropriate.
- Find it under Saved Reports. Shared setups still follow the viewer's permissions.
Setup versus dated copy
A saved setup stores report choices and can run against current records. It retains its own dates. Save dated copy preserves the result of a particular run as a private snapshot; it does not update with later changes.
Deleting a saved setup or dated result copy does not delete program records. Empty results can be caused by dates, exact-match filters, or permissions. Try All dates and fewer filters before concluding records are missing.
